Oorg Chocolate Coconut Roll Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 package Oorg Chocolate Coconut Rolls
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup grated coconut (unsweetened or sweetened, as desired)
- Optional: chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the Rolls: Unwrap the Oorg Chocolate Coconut Rolls . Lay them flat on a serving platter.
- Spread the Cream: Use a spatula to spread a layer of whipped cream over each roll.
- Add Coconut: Sprinkle grated coconut over the whipped cream on each roll.
- Roll Them Up: Carefully roll each chocolate coconut roll back up, starting from one end.
- Chill: Place the assembled rolls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice and Serve: Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving plate. Optionally, garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
