
Mango Pudding with Oorg Mango Fruit Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Oorg Mango Fruit Juice
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh mango slices or diced mango for garnish (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
- Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Mango Juice: Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the Oorg Soursop Fruit Juice and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the pudding mixture into individual serving cups or molds. Allow it to cool slightly before placing it in the refrigerator.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until set.
- Serve: Once set, you can unmold the pudding (if using molds) or serve it directly from the cups. Garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves if desired.
